Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

After Your Order Has Shipped

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll make it right. You may request a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Order We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders where the issue is due to personal preference, selecting the wrong size, or ordering in error. If you'd like to return the item in these cases, you are welcome to do so — however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
